Soluble laminating adhesives are mainly divided into three types: forward adhesive, reverse adhesive and polyether adhesive according to the difference in the ratio of main agent and curing agent.
The main agent in forward glue is hydroxyl ending, and the ratio of main agent to curing agent is generally (5~10): 1. The forward adhesive storage time is generally > 12h, and the reaction speed is slower at the same temperature.
The main agent in the reverse glue is isocyanate end-capping, and the ratio of the main agent to curing agent is generally (20~50): 1. The storage time of reversed-phase adhesive is generally < 6h, and the reaction speed is faster at the same temperature.
Polyether glue main agent: the ratio of curing agent is generally 20:20. The reaction speed of polyether glue is comparable to that of reversed-phase glue.
