Features of Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesives (PUR)

 (1) The solid content is 100%, does not contain any organic solvents, will not cause environmental pollution, and is a green and environmentally friendly adhesive. (2) The construction temperature is low, the melting temperature of PUR hot melt adhesive is lower than the use temperature of general hot melt adhesive (170-200 °C), and it can be applied at 100-150 °C, saving energy consumption and reducing the corrosiveness of sizing devices, especially suitable for bonding heat-sensitive materials (such as plastics, etc.). (3) It can form a fast bond with high bonding strength. After PUR bonding, there is no need for tape or fixtures to fix the adhesive object in a short time, so the assembly can be quickly transferred to the next processing process to improve the work efficiency. At the same time, the adhesive after condensation hardening can also undergo subsequent wet curing cross-linking reaction at room temperature, which greatly improves the bonding strength. (4) One-component packaging, easy to use; PUR does not need to be assembled when used, and there is no risk of measurement errors, which can ensure the quality of construction. (5) Excellent performance; The cross-linked structure of PUR after wet curing greatly improves its performance, and has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, water, chemicals and solvents.
